Getting to the Waikiki Grand Hotel

Directions from the Airport (11 miles - 30 minutes)

Take H1 East to Exit 25 A, King Street (around 20 minutes drive). At the 2nd Traffic light turn right onto Kapahulu Avenue. Hotel will be on your right, just past Lemon Road. Turn right onto Lemon Road from Kapahulu Avenue and pull up onto the upper ramp to offload your luggage and check-in. Front desk will inform you on parking upon check-in.

Will my credit card get charged?

Yes, your card will be charged the required deposit at booking. If you are booking a non-refundable rate, your card will be charged the entire stay at booking.

Are there any additional fees that I should know about?

A non-refundable $30 Reservation Processing fee will be charged at the time of booking.

The bundled Checkout Clean Fee and Accidental Damage Protection Fee (plus tax) will be applied to all bookings to protect guests from accidental damage costs.

Our hours of operation are from 8:00AM to 10:00PM daily. Upon arrival, please call (808) 923-1814 Our staff will meet you in the lobby to welcome you, check you in, and escort you to your room. Please do not check in at the front desk in the lobby.

If you plan on arriving outside of our daily hours of operations, please contact us at (808) 923-1814 prior to your stay for arrival instructions.

Can I request an early check in or late check out?

You may request for early checkin or late checkout, which will be subject to availability. Fees may apply.

I didn't receive a confirmation. How can I check if my reservation went through?

If you made an online reservation, you will be receiving an email confirmation. Please check your spam/junk mail folder if you have not received anything. To reconfirm your reservation, you can call our customer representative at (800) 367-5004 or send us an email resinquiry@castleresorts.com.

We do not charge a resort fee.

Yes, every room offers free high-speed Internet access via cable, as well as free wifi.

While we do offer a pool, we do not have a Jacuzzi.

Do you provide beach or pool towels?

Yes, we provide beach towels.

How many floors and elevators do you have?

We have 10 floors and 2 elevators to service them.

What bedding options are available?

Hotel rooms have 1 queen bed. Studios have either 1 king or 1 queen bed.

Do You Allow Pets?

Pets are not allowed in our guest rooms or resort area, with the exception of service animals. Noncompliance with this policy can result in a penalty fee and dismissal from the property.

Do you have restaurants on-site?

We have two on-site restaurants, Teddy's Bigger Burgers and Hula's Bar & Lei Stand, which offers pupus and casual fare. There are also several restaurants, ranging from fine dining to casual, within easy walking distance.

Do you offer room service?

Unfortunately, we do not.

Do you offer in-room grocery service

Do you offer transportation?

Public transportations are available from the airport to the property, including car, shuttle, taxi and public transit. Our properties do not offer airport shuttles or transfers.

How close are you to the beach?

We are less than 50 yards (46 meters) from Waikiki Beach.

How far are you from the airport?

Approximately 12 miles.

Airport taxi service?

Yes, we call a taxi for you as needed and requested.

Do you offer parking?

We offer self-parking for $30 + tax per day and is upon availability. Due to limited space, parking is on a first come, first served basis. To request parking in advance, you may call the front desk to inquire.

Room Type - Payment & Cancellation Policies

Room Type - Payment Policy

A deposit of 1-night room + tax and $30 + tax Reservation Fee will be charged at booking. The remaining balance will be collected at check-in.

Room Type - Cancellation Policy

Castle will provide a full refund (excluding the $30 + tax reservation fee) for cancellations made up to 4 days prior to arrival. If a cancellation is made 3 days or less to arrival (including no-shows), deposit plus tax and reservation fee plus tax will be forfeited.

Individual Unit - Payment & Cancellation Policies

Individual Unit - Payment Policy

A deposit of 2-nights room + tax and $30 + tax Reservation Fee will be charged at booking. The remaining balance will be collected 30-days prior to arrival. For reservations made 30 to 0 days prior to arrival, 100% of total reservation cost is due at booking.

Individual Unit - Cancellation Policy

Castle will provide a full refund (excluding the $30 + tax reservation fee and a $100 + tax cancellation fee) for cancellations made up to 30 days prior to arrival. If a cancellation is made 29 days or less to arrival (including no-shows), all monies collected will be forfeited.

Taxes and Fees
    • Room rates are subject to Hawaii General Excise Tax and Transient Accommodations Taxes, which currently totals 17.962%.
    • A non-refundable $30 Reservation Processing fee will be charged at the time of booking.

Minimum Night Stay Policy

There is no minimum stay requirement for all reservations, except for stays from December 23 - January 2 when there is a 3 Night Minimum stay.

Family Plan
    • Children 17 and under stay free using existing bedding; total occupants including children cannot exceed the maximum occupancy of the confirmed room. Noncompliance with this policy can result in a supplemental per person fee an/or immediate cancellation of the right to occupy the unit.
    • Cribs are subject to availability and can be rented for $20 per night.
    • Rollaway Beds are subject to availability and can be rented for $25 per night.
Additional Comfort
    • Parking can be purchased for $30 plus tax per day. Due to limited space, parking is on a first come, first served basis. To request parking in advance, you may call the front desk to inquire.
    • Additional housekeeping services can be requested for a surcharge.

Qualified Rates

To be eligible for a qualified rate (Military, Senior, Kamaaina, Government, AAA/CAA, Commercial, Airline employee, Owner Club, Travel Agent, etc.) guests must present a valid form of identification at check-in. If you are unable to provide sufficient identification, Castle Resorts & Hotels will provide you with the best available rate at the time of check-in.

Prepaid Non-Refundable Rate

Castle offers a pre-pay & non-refundable rate for selected properties at various times. To be eligible for this special rate, the full amount must be paid by the time of booking. All bookings are final and may only be altered by a qualified Castle Employee. Cancellation will result in a full stay charge.

Reservation Guarantee

Castle Resorts & Hotels cannot guarantee requests for specific units but will honor such requests when feasible based on availability at check-in. Castle Resorts & Hotels reserves the right to substitute alternate accommodations of a similar or superior room type. All reservations are subject to change or cancellation if rooms become unavailable for reasons including, but not limited to, natural disasters or other acts of nature, damage to the property or maintenance problems, strikes, owner usage, sale of unit, changes in applicable law, or failure of other guests to vacate as scheduled.
