Getting to Kaha Lani Resort

4460 Nehe Road, Lihue, Hawaii 96766
Directions from Lihue Airport (5 miles - 10 minutes)

Exit the Lihue Airport and turn right at the first traffic signal onto Kapule Highway / Highway 51. Continue on Kapule Highway / Highway 51 until it intersects with Kuhio Highway / Highway 56. Drive a little more than two miles, turn right on Leho Drive. At the very next street, turn right on Nehe Drive. Immediately on your left is the entrance to the parking lot for Kaha Lani Resort. If you have gone too far, the road soon dead ends.

Resort & Reservations

Will my credit card get charged?

Yes, your credit card will be charged the required deposit.

Are there any additional fees that I should know about?

Yes, a non-refundable reservation processing fee of $30 is applied to each reservation.

The bundled Checkout Clean Fee and Accidental Damage Protection Fee (plus tax) will be applied to all bookings to protect guests from accidental damage costs. Fees are per stay, per unit, plus taxes:

    • One Bedroom $265
    • Two Bedroom $315
    • Three Bedroom $355
Is the deposit refundable?

Yes, as long as the cancellation does not fall within the cancel period.

What time is check-in? Check out?

Standard check in time is after 3 pm HST and check out is before 11 am HST.

What are your front desk hours & after hours procedures?

Front Desk hours are from 8:00AM to 6:00PM. After office hours arrivals are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please call us in advance if you plan on arriving after hours

Can I request an early check in or late check out?

You may request for early check in or late checkout, which will be subject to availability. Fees may apply.

I didn't receive a confirmation. How can I check if my reservation went through?

If you made an online reservation, you will be receiving an email confirmation. Please check your spam/junk mail folder if you have not received anything. To reconfirm your reservation, you can call our customer representative at (800) 367-5004 or send us an email [email protected].

Can I upgrade my room?

Yes, you can upgrade to a larger suite or room with a view. Call us at (800) 367-5004 and a customer representative will be delighted to assist you.

Do you have a resort fee, what is the fee, & what does it include?

We do not charge a resort fee.

Are requests guaranteed?

You may make requests at the time of booking. Please note, requests are not guaranteed but we will do our best to accommodate all requests.

Do you offer cribs?

Yes, subject to availability. You may request at booking.

Do the rooms include internet access?

Yes, every room offers free high-speed Internet access.

Do you provide housekeeping service?

We offer maid service after third day of stay if staying more than 5 days and every third day after. Maid service can be purchased from $20 to $55 per day depending on the size of the unit and type of service you would like.

What amenities do the rooms have?

Do you offer smoking rooms?

All our rooms are non smoking in compliance with state law.

Do you offer ADA rooms, how many and which room types?

Unfortunately we do not.

SERVICES & AMENITIES

What bath amenities do you provide?

Complimentary bathroom amenities include shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, facial soap, and body soap.

Do you have a pool and Jacuzzi?

We do not have a Jacuzzi, but we do have a heated swimming pool. Pool hours are from 8am-10pm.

Do you provide beach or pool towels?

Yes, we provide beach towels.

How many floors and elevators do you have?

We have 2-3 floors and no elevators.

What bedding options are available?

The one bedroom units offer one queen and sofa bed. The two bedroom units offer one queen, two twins and sofa bed. The three bedroom units offer one king, one queen, two twin beds, and sofa sleeper.

Do you allow pets?

Pets are not allowed in our guest rooms or resort area, with the exception of service animals. Noncompliance with this policy can result in a penalty fee and dismissal from the property.

DINING OPTIONS

Do you have a restaurant, if not what are the closest restaurants and distance?

No. However, there are a variety of eateries in nearby Kapaa and Lihue, both less than 5 minutes away by car.

TRANSPORTATION & LOCATION

Do you offer transportation?

Public transportations are available from the airport to the property, including car, shuttle, taxi and public transit. Our properties do not offer airport shuttles or transfers.

How close are you to the beach?

Our resort is beachfront. However, we advise going to Lydgate Beach Park, located less than 100 yards away. There you'll find lifeguards and a protected lagoon, perfect for children.

How far are you from the airport?

Kaha Lani is located less than 5 miles from Lihue Airport.

Airport taxi service?

Yes, we call a taxi for you as needed and requested.

Do you offer parking?

Parking is available free of charge.

Room Type - Payment & Cancellation Policies

Room Type - Payment Policy

A deposit of 2-nights room + tax and $30 + tax Reservation Fee will be charged at booking. The remaining balance will be collected 30-days prior to arrival. For reservations made 30 to 0 days prior to arrival, 100% of total reservation cost is due at booking.

Room Type - Cancellation Policy

Castle will provide a full refund (excluding the $30 + tax reservation fee and a $100 + tax cancellation fee) for cancellations made up to 30 days prior to arrival. If a cancellation is made 29 days or less to arrival (including no-shows), all monies collected will be forfeited.

Individual Unit - Payment & Cancellation Policies

Taxes and Fees

Room rates are subject to Hawaii General Excise Tax and Transient Accommodations Taxes, which currently totals 14.962%.

Minimum Night Stay Policy

There is a 4 night minimum stay requirement for stays from December 23 - March 31 and June 21 - August 16..

Family Plan
    • Children 17 and under stay free using existing bedding; total occupants including children cannot exceed the maximum occupancy of the confirmed room. Noncompliance with this policy can result in a supplemental per person fee an/or immediate cancellation of the right to occupy the unit.
    • Cribs are subject to availability and can be rented for $20 per night.
    • Rollaway Beds are subject to availability and can be rented for $30 per night.
Additional Comfort
    • Parking is free for 1 vehicle per unit..
    • Additional housekeeping services can be requested for a surcharge.
Qualified Rates

To be eligible for a qualified rate (Military, Senior, Kamaaina, Government, AAA/CAA, Commercial, Airline employee, Owner Club, Travel Agent, etc.) guests must present a valid form of identification at check-in. If you are unable to provide sufficient identification, Castle Resorts & Hotels will provide you with the best available rate at the time of check-in.

Prepaid Non-Refundable Rate

Castle offers a pre-pay & non-refundable rate for selected properties at various times. To be eligible for this special rate, the full amount must be paid by the time of booking. All bookings are final and may only be altered by a qualified Castle Employee. Cancellation will result in a full stay charge.

Reservation Guarantee

Castle Resorts & Hotels cannot guarantee requests for specific units unless that specific unit is booked. However, we will honor such requests when feasible based on availability at check-in. Castle Resorts & Hotels reserves the right to substitute alternate accommodations of a similar or superior room type. All reservations are subject to change or cancellation if rooms become unavailable for reasons including, but not limited to, natural disasters or other acts of nature, damage to the property or maintenance problems, strikes, owner usage, sale of unit, changes in applicable law, or failure of other guests to vacate as scheduled.
